    Depending upon the service we provide, we commonly collect information including an email address, company name, phone number and address.
  2. What do you do with this information?
    Any confidential information we collect from customers is used only for the purposes of completing orders and sending invoices.
  3. Do you pass on personal data to any third parties?
    Our policy is to never pass on any information relating to our customers to a third party.
  4. What do you do with data from credit card transactions?
    We process all credit card transactions securely and no card details are stored. As soon as the transaction is processed we delete all the information.

Payment terms

Below are some answers to some common questions about payments.

  1. When do I pay?
    For installation jobs for window tinting, window film or decals, we send customers an invoice as soon as the job has been completed. For some bigger jobs we ask for a 50% deposit. Any purchases from our shop require full payment prior to shipping. Payment for custom wall decal printing is required on final confirmation of all the design details and specifications.
  2. What are your payment terms?
    All invoices for installation services require payment on completion or the next day.

  1. What happens if I am unhappy with the service?
    We have a very high level of customer satisfaction, however, if you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, we encourage you to talk to us as soon as possible, and prior to completion and payment. With each job our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with our service and that we deliver beyond customer expectations.
  2. How are requests for faults and requests for refunds handled?
    Most faults and defects are fixed by us and we are happy to revisit the site to fix issues. If not, a refund will be processed for the product/s.
